The Operations team at Seatfrog are responsible for delivering the power of our platform partners and customers. You'll be part of a group of skilled and thoughtful individuals focused on solving big problems that deliver significant growth and build upon our ambitious vision.  

We're looking for an Implementation Manager with a stellar track record of bringing Product teams together and leading the delivery of integrated projects across our product suite.


In this role, your mission will be to work with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, Marketing Leads and Client Partnership Managers to carry out the meticulous planning, seamless delivery and successful launch of cross-product projects.

In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and the Head of Product to facilitate planning and delivery against a cross product roadmap that realises our huge growth opportunity.

  • Planning projects against our product roadmaps, creating and tracking timelines and budgets as well as project reporting, risk management, sign off and delivery.

  • Coaching teams in project planning and delivery, raising awareness of dependencies, fostering open communication and problem-solving.


  • A seasoned scrum master with extensive experience in managing multiple project teams in an agile project environment

  • You are able to give clear directions to team leads and product managers, designers, data scientists, marketers and engineers to facilitate on time, on budget delivery

  • You enjoy coaching others and facilitating the adoption of the agile framework across growing teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

  • Bonus points for travel industry experience.
