We make it easy for passengers to grab a last minute upgrade, escape to the lounge or change their journey last minute. We maximise ancillary revenue our partners in the aviation and rail industry. Our mobile platform is highly personalised, targeting the peak of a passenger’s willingness to buy an ancillary product at any given point between booking and actual departure.
We’re looking for a passionate and personable Customer Success Manager to look after our wonderful rail partners across Europe. As our key account manager for rail, you'll have a unique opportunity to grow with the business.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to focus on driving revenue and user growth to generate as much value as possible for our partners and for Seatfrog. You'll be the vital link between the client and our other departments such as Marketing, Product and Technology. This is a fast-paced role where no day will be quite the same. One day, you might be running marketing campaigns, the next, introducing new features or collecting valuable feedback from customers.
