What we do

We make it easy for passengers to grab a last minute upgrade, escape to the lounge or change their journey last minute. We maximise ancillary revenue our partners in the aviation and rail industry. Our mobile platform is highly personalised, targeting the peak of a passenger’s willingness to buy an ancillary product at any given point between booking and actual departure.

We’re looking for a passionate and personable Customer Success Manager to look after our wonderful rail partners across Europe. As our key account manager for rail, you'll have a unique opportunity to grow with the business.

What you'll do

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to focus on driving revenue and user growth to generate as much value as possible for our partners and for Seatfrog. You'll be the vital link between the client and our other departments such as Marketing, Product and Technology. This is a fast-paced role where no day will be quite the same. One day, you might be running marketing campaigns, the next, introducing new features or collecting valuable feedback from customers. 

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Handling our existing rail partnerships across Europe
  • Assisting with business development activities
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to drive customer awareness, acquisition and engagement; ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns with our partners.
  • Working with our Product and Tech teams to launch new features and make sure our partners are aware of and excited about them
  • Ensuring that feedback from our partners and clients flows to our Product and Engineering teams so we can continuously improve our customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining frameworks and processes to manage the growth and performance of your accounts
  • Working closely with senior leaders to accomplish our goals and strategic vision.

What you’ll need

  • A good degree from a great university, with a few years of relevant work experience under your belt in the rail industry
  • Deep understanding of the rail market landscape and key industry players - and a genuine passion for both rail and technology
  • Revenue management, ancillary revenue, distribution and marketing experience within the rail industry are not essential, but would certainly come in handy
  • Experience in running workshops on a mid to senior corporate level
  • A stellar track record of running and delivering projects - on time, on budget and on point
  • Strong negotiation, relationship, portfolio management and leadership skills
  • Excellent decision-making abilities; you have a knack for identifying, prioritising and delivering upon the highest impact initiatives
  • A customer-centric mindset - you derive a deep satisfaction from seeing customers succeed with our product
  • Great written and verbal communication skills that allow you to discuss problems and develop solutions with partners at senior and C-suite level.
